To qualify for a free place, we just need a few details: your child’s name, date of birth, school, home postcode, Free School Meal status and SEND information. You’ll also need to tick the box to share this information when booking. ⛔️ Without your consent to share these details, we won’t be able to offer your child a HAF place.
