To qualify for a free place on the HAF programme, it is a requirement you provide your child’s name, date of birth, school, home postcode, Free School Meal and SEND status and you MUST click to share these details.

IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO SHARE YOUR DETAILS, YOUR CHILD CAN NOT ATTEND.

This information will only be shared with those organisations required to check your child’s eligibility for the HAF Programme and to support production of any returns requested by the Department of Education as funders of the programme.

Although we do not charge parents/carers for Holiday Club, there are food and staffing costs associated with running the clubs. If you book a place it is important that your child attends or that you cancel the place, giving as much notice as possible.
